Awww man where do I start!!!! From the booking to return from our tour has been nothing short of amazing. Joe has the best customer service ever!!!! He was very responsive (I ask a million questions lol), he was very attentive and prompt with his replies which made me feel so secure about reservation. He gave us many accommodations and provided everything we needed. His music playlist is littttt! My friends never experienced a boat tour especially in Miami and I’m so happy Joe was able to give them the experience of a lifetime. They won’t stop talking about how much fun we had.
