STAND UP PADDLE. Stand Up Paddle o Sup está indicado para todo tipo de personas con o sin experiencia, lo único necesario saber nadar y un estado físico muy normal. No tiene límite de edad y es ideal para compartir con la familia y amigos. Gracias a las dimensiones de la tabla nos será fácil aprender y controlar el equilibrio. Alternativa perfecta para los días que no hay viento, salir a remar o surfear y disfrutar del mar de otra manera. En la actualidad existen pocas actividades en las que se trabaje toda la musculatura sin impacto, tanto en las articulaciones como en el esqueleto, como en el paddle surf.Es un deporte muy completo, ya que se ejercitan a la vez el tren superior – inferior, y el sistema cardiovascular.
