Protected from ocean swells and open water hazards, Biscayne Bay is part of the Biscayne National Park's protected habitat. Enjoy a day, evening or overnight outing, long or short trips, stop and anchor along the way, or just sail! Day Sailing Day sailing is punctuated by the water colors, sky views and occasional sightings of dolphins, sea turtles, rays, gulls, anhingas, pelicans, and other sea life. Anchoring near one of the sandbars, snorkeling, paddling, or just swimming and floating, are all great options. Sunset/Evening Sailing "My personal favorite is departing just before sunset and sailing into the evening. The night scene is just as awesome as day sailing, but in a very different way. The starry sky, the night views of Miami's famed skyline, and the deeply peaceful vibe of watching the moon rise, the planes landing and taking off from MIA are all unforgettable. Night sailing is truly one of Miami's best-kept secrets." This is an ideal Romantic Getaway Onboard Comforts: Our vessels, 40 foot sloop-rigged sailboats with Bimini top shading the cockpit area, ample deck space for sunbathing and swimming platform. Below, an ample saloon, two heads and fully equipped galley. Great layout for outdoor fun, with comfort below to take refuge from a passing shower. The perfect vessel for a small group of up to 6. We provide many toys and comfort features, including snorkeling gear, personal floaters, cushions for comfort, sound system. Most our customers chose to include our meal option and Captain Rodrigo always makes sure to delight with nice and yummy food choices. I highly recommend Captain Steven and Rodrigo for your boating needs. Spending the afternoon on their 40ft sailboat, Mystiko, was a slice of heaven…we could not have asked for a better experience. They found a perfect spot to let our family take a swim, had an amazing playlist that set the mood, and they organized an absolutely incredible charcuterie board and steak/salmon barbecue for my sister’s birthday. It was positively sublime. Thank you, Captain Steven and Rodrigo!

We had a lovely time for my birthday. It was a perfect day for sailing and Capt. Steven's Benneteau is beautiful. We paid a little extra for Capt Steven and Rodrigo to grill some steaks for us while my party took a swim. It was a special experience to sit in the lagoon at the end of key Biscayne and smell the grill while we sat in the water. The steaks were amazing! high quality and perfectly cooked. We ate the them with pieces of brie cheese and it was the best food we had tasted in 12 months. Capt. Rodrigo went above and beyond and his wife helped him design a whole charcuterie board with fruit and nuts and delicious cheese and fine salami. Capt. Steve and Rodrigo were great company as well as excellent hosts. The day was perfect, this was money well spent. I would go sailing with them again and again.

Full Menu option available. Please inquire and make this experience even more amazing. Menu might include a gazpacho or a well loaded charcuterie board, followed by on board grilled beef, chicken or fish steaks, pork ribs, accompanied by a mixed green salad, ceasar or potatoes if you prefer. A ceviche is also an option (another of Captain Rod specialties) or the Chilean Sea Bass with endives salad. These are just some options. We can cater to your taste and love a challenge. BYOB, no cork fee. A US Coast Guard Certified Captain approved by Destino Charters is required and not included. Rate is of $100 per hour. Price is for up to 4 passengers. Passengers 5 and 6 pay an additional $50 and $75 respectively. Reservations may be rescheduled or cancelled on customer request, with forfeit of deposit if less than 120 hours (5 days) from scheduled departure, unless, at Captain's sole discretion, a deposit refund is approved. Sailing is subject to weather conditions and may be cancelled by the Captain due to unsafe or highly unpleasant weather conditions, in which case a reschedule or deposit refund will apply. Given that South Florida experiences frequent rain showers and some local storms, the final decision about a cancellation due to weather will normally be taken within a 24/hour window prior to planned departure and will be subject to re-evaluation right up to departure time. In any case, the boat is capable of handling adverse weather, providing comfortable shelter and safety for its passengers. Special arrangements for rendezvous at a different departure location need to be arranged in advance. Sailing time required from home dock to and from the rendezvous location will be billed separately at $80/hour.
