(CANNOT put on trailer for travel) Must meet at office to check-in before going down to harbor. Jet ski rules and restrictions: Must bring ID and credit card used for booking to rent jet skis. Must be 18 years old to operate a ski Two people maximum on a ski. The passenger must ride on the back and be able to hold onto the driver Due to the location of the area where you ride, you cannot switch people on and off the ski. The people that go out stay out for the duration of an hour All riders must be able to swim and be physically fit to operate ski and climb back on the ski should they fall off All operators agree to not be under the influence of any mind-altering drug or alcohol, including marijuana Operators must agree to: No cell phones, cameras, or electronic devices allowed on the skis No throttle or wake in the channel Operating their ski in the designated riding area only Keep 200 feet from any other vessels, skis or persons. No Jumping the Wake of Any Water Vehicles/Vessels. It is ILLEGAL in the state of Massachusetts

Additional Terms & Information
There can only be 2 passengers per jet ski. If there are 2 people on 1 jet ski their combined weight must be UNDER 400lbs. If you rent the jet ski for 2 people, the additional passenger is $36.00 which makes the total come out to be $259.00. Passengers must be 5 years old and older and all drivers must be 18 years old or older. Everyone needs to be a STRONG swimmer and physically fit enough to pull themselves out of the deep water and back on the Jet Ski if they fall off. Must bring ID and card that was used for booking. We have a 48-hour, strictly enforced cancellation policy. Cancellations must be done outside of 48 hours of your reservation. All parties that cancel outside of the 48-hour window will be fully refunded. If you cancel within 48 hours of your trip, you will be given a 50% partial refund. If you cancel within 24 hours, or if you are more than 5min late for your time or simply do not show up for your scheduled trip, you will forfeit the amount you paid. You can make changes to your time or reschedule your reservation outside of 72 hours If you want to reschedule within 72 hours, there will be a $40 change fee. We do not do ANY same day reservation changes or cancellations.
