Cancellations and refunds: For cancellations made 15 days or more in advance, a full refund is promised. Cancellations made less than 15 days in advance will not be eligible for a refund. 5. Responsibility of the client: Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the boat or its equipment during the rental period, including damage caused by negligence or misuse. These damages can be charged after the end of the trip. 6. Permitted use: The boat is intended exclusively for recreational purposes and not for commercial activities. 7. Number of passengers: The boat allows a maximum of 8 passengers on board, complying with the safety and capacity regulations established by the corresponding maritime authorities. 8. Maintenance and cleaning: The boat is delivered in optimal conditions of cleanliness and operation. Customers are expected to return it in the same condition. Any additional damage or soiling may be subject to additional charges. 9. Food and drink: Passengers are allowed to bring their own food and drink to the boat. However, it is requested that the cleanliness be maintained and that the waste be properly disposed of.
