Terms and Conditions of Purchase – Aquatic Activities and Boat Rental These Terms and Conditions of Purchase govern the use and acquisition of aquatic activities and boat rental services from Alquivent Barquitos S.L., hereinafter referred to as the "Renter." Reservation Confirmation: All reservations for aquatic activities and boat rentals are subject to availability. A reservation is considered confirmed only when the payment has been successfully processed, and you receive a confirmation email with the details of your reservation. 1.2. Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation policy will apply: 1.2.1. Full Refund: For cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled date of the activity or boat rental, you will be entitled to a full refund of the total reservation amount. 1.2.2. 50% Refund: Cancellations made between 3 and 6 days before the scheduled date of the activity or boat rental will be entitled to a 50% refund of the total reservation amount. 1.2.3. 20% Refund: Cancellations made within 3 days before the scheduled date of the activity or boat rental will only be entitled to a 20% refund of the total reservation amount. 1.3. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the initial reservation. 1.4. No Show: If you fail to show up on the scheduled date and time for the activity or boat rental without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued. 2. Date Changes 2.1. The date change is subject to availability. 2.2. Boat Rental Date Change: For boat rentals, date changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 72 hours before the original reservation date. Additional charges may apply for rescheduled bookings. 3. Adverse Weather Conditions 3.1. Activity Cancellation: In the event of adverse weather conditions or safety reasons, the Renter reserves the right to cancel or reschedule aquatic activities. In such cases, the option to reschedule the activity for another date or receive a full refund will be provided. 3.2. Boat Rental Cancellation: If boat rental is canceled due to adverse weather conditions or safety reasons, the option to reschedule or receive a full refund will be provided. 4. Age and Safety Requirements 4.1. Age Restrictions: Some aquatic activities may have minimum age requirements. It is your responsibility to ensure that all participants meet the specified age limits. 4.2. Safety Regulations: For your safety and that of others, you must comply with all safety rules and instructions provided by activity instructors or boat rental staff. 5. Liability 5.1. Assumption of Risk: Participation in aquatic activities and boat rentals carries inherent risks. By making a reservation, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with these activities. 5.2. Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Renter and its affiliates, agents, employees, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from the use of our services. 6. Modifications to Terms 6.1. Right to Modify: The Renter reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time.
