Cancellation Policy Cancellations that are initiated by The Company will be fully refunded, regardless of when they occur, unless the cancellation is the result of a no-show or partial no-show. Refundable reasons your reservation may be cancelled or modified by The Company include but are not limited to: extreme weather, limited visibility, any other natural events that endanger you and your party, unforeseeable mechanical failures of the equipment, or any other emergency situation. In the unlikely event that your reservation must be cancelled or modified by The Company, all reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule your reservation at no additional cost to you or you will have the option to be fully refunded with our sincerest apologies. "No-Show" Policy If your entire party has not checked in by the time of your reservation or if the total number of jet skis rented is less than what was booked, your reservation may be considered a full or partial no-show and the reservation may be reduced or cancelled without refund. Failure to arrive prepared (as listed below) may also constitute a "no-show". At least one person on each jet ski must have an adequately charged smartphone with a working maps application. Please be sure to account for potential traffic delays when traveling to our location. If you feel that you may be late, please contact us prior to your reservation time. We will try to accommodate you, in order to prevent your reservation being deemed a "no-show", as much as is reasonable. The purpose of this policy is to discourage "no-shows". Our goal is to serve you and leave you completely satisfied with your experience, and we cannot do that if you don't show up. Thank you for understanding.
