Grill lakeside with access to the Pool, Volleyball Court & Basketball Court. Optional: Towable Tubes included for an additional fee. Additional Terms & Information: Pick up times are: 9am or 1pm Return time are 6pm-7pm A Security Deposit of $500, will be required at the pick up. Hours to Operate Boat/jet ski 9am to 7pm Age Requirement- You must be 21 years of age to rent our Jet Skis/Boat. Damage- You will be responsible for ALL damage to the Jet Skis/Boat Operators are expected to abide the rules and regulations established by The Department of Texas Parks and Wildlife. We reserve the right to increase the minimum rental period during certain timeframes. This includes holidays, most weekends and busy weekdays. PLEASE ARRIVE NO LATER THAN 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR RESERVED RENTAL TIME.DENIM SHORTS OR JEANS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED ON THE JET SKIS. You must wear clothing appropriate for being out on the water. Example bathing suit or wetsuit. NO REFUNDS. If a reservation has to be canceled due to inclement weather conditions prior to commencement of rental, we will try to reschedule for a later date or, if preferred, a full refund will be provided. If a rental that has already commenced has to be cut short due to inclement weather conditions, a prorated refund will be provided. We reserve the right to alter or terminate a rental due to security, weather, or any other reason deemed necessary. The Above Requirements ARE NOT NEGOTIABLE.
