Should the Captain determine that the conditions are unsafe, the charter may be rescheduled or it will be canceled. · If a trip is canceled by the Captain due to unsafe operating conditions, you will have the option of receiving a voucher for a future trip or receiving a full refund. · Please note, charter guests who fail to show up for a scheduled trip without providing proper notice will not be eligible for a refund.
