As a Bareboat charter operator, we provide you with captain options, and once you choose a captain, the CHARTERER (the person renting the boat) is responsible for settling the captain's fee and fuel expenses separately on the day of the trip. Please take note of our cancellation policy for your CRANCHI 50FT rental in Miami: Cancellations due to Weather or Operator's Discretion: In cases of adverse weather conditions or safety concerns at the discretion of the boat operator, your booking may be rescheduled to a mutually agreed-upon date or fully refunded. No-Show Policy: If you fail to arrive at the designated pick-up location within 30 minutes of your booking time without prior notification, your reservation will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be issued. Captain Services: If you have booked a captain for your charter, their fees will be charged as scheduled, regardless of any cancellation. Fuel Costs: In case of a cancellation, any prepaid fuel costs will be refunded. Please note that refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
