Rental Period: The rental period starts at the agreed upon time and ends at the designated return time. Late returns may result in additional fees. Rental Fees: Rental fees include the cost of the boat. Additional charges may apply for any damages, cleaning fees, fuel or taxes. Safety: Renters must agree to operate the boat safely and follow all boating regulations and laws. Life jackets must be worn by all passengers at all times while on board. Cancellation Policy: In the case of a cancelation of 5 days prior to the rental the full rental price will be refunded. With less than 5 days prior rental there is no refund of the rental price. Age Restrictions: Renters must be a minimum age of 25 years old and possess a valid driver’s license and boating license (boater card). Insurance: Renters are responsible for any damages to the boat, equipment, or other property. Refunds: Refunds may be provided if the rental is cancelled due to inclement weather or mechanical issues with the boat. No refunds will be provided for early returns. Fuel: The boat will be provided with a full tank of fuel at the start of the rental period. Renters are responsible for refilling the tank to the agreed upon level before returning the boat. Liability: Renters assume all liability for any injuries or damages incurred while operating the boat. Rental will sign a liability waiver before renting a boat.
