No-shows may result in forfeiture of the booking fee. Safety Considerations: Safety is our top priority. Guests must follow crew instructions at all times and adhere to safety guidelines, including wearing provided life jackets when necessary. Children must be supervised by adults. Boat Rules: To maintain a pleasant experience for everyone on board: Please refrain from bringing glass items on board to prevent accidents. Respect the marine environment by not littering. Kindly treat the boat and its facilities with care. Capacity and Guest Policy: Please confirm the number of guests when booking. Additional guests beyond the agreed-upon capacity may not be accommodated for safety reasons. Alcohol Policy: Responsible alcohol consumption is allowed on board.
