Private Tour Cancellations Cancellations/modifications with a notice of more than 5 days will not be penalized and will be fully refundable Cancellations with less than 5 days will be 50% penalized. Cancellations with less than 3 days will be 100% penalized. Weather Cancellations We do not cancel when it rains, although if we believe that the weather conditions are unsafe, the tour will be canceled, and the trip will be fully refunded.
