50% refund up to 5 days prior.
Additional Terms & Information
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: No boat can leave the dock without having paid 100% of the reservation. Cancellations up to 5 days in advance, 50% of the total trip will be refunded. Cancellations less than 5 days in advance and cases of "no show" will not give rise to a refund. If due to natural conditions it is not possible to make the trip, the client may reschedule a new departure or request the full refund paid.
